examples of which are listed below.

Bronze Support
If your business employs less than 10 people, or your computer
set up is very simple, the Bronze contract might suit you best.
It includes:
Unlimited telephone support during normal office hours
Unlimited remote support during normal office hours
Reduced costs for on-site visits (£45 per hour + vat)
Liaise with 3rd party bespoke software and hardware companies

Silver Support
For small / mid-size companies with 5 – 50 employees,
or a typical computer network we offer:
Unlimited telephone support during normal office hours
Unlimited remote support during normal office hours
Includes up to 6 full day free on-site call outs per year
SLA guarantee to be on site within four hours of severity one call
Monthly remote maintenance

Gold Support
This is for large companies with 50 or more employees
or a very complex network with many servers. Under the Gold contract,
we provide: Unlimited telephone support during normal office hours
Unlimited remote support during normal office hours
Includes up to 24 full day free on-site call outs per year
SLA guarantee to be on site within four hours of severity one call
Monthly maintenance visits
